As the Marketing Specialist – Door Division, you will play an integral part in support of our door division business initiatives and growth goals for both our Florida and North Dakota branches. This is an on-site position based out of our Lakeland, FL or Batavia, IL branch but will be highly collaborative with Product Management, IT, Sales, Production, and Corporate Marketing Teams across our branches.
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for development and management of marketing materials, graphics, and digital communications and campaigns for our Florida and North Dakota door divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Build, design, and manage creative assets for doors to align with growth initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to:
- Catalog and Price Books
- Installation and Technical Guides
- Dealer Sales Programs
- Presentations
- Videos
- Graphics and Images – Print and Digital
- Emails and landing pages
- Oversee annual stock catalog and price book development with external vendors
- Become proficient with Fabricator Price Generator (FPG) platform to pull door assortment data for catalogs and price book creation
- Create images and marketing copy for WebCP Door Configurator platform
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross functional teams (Sales and Product Marketing) on product and customer specific programs
- Create B2B email marketing campaigns, one-off and sales rep specific emails to drive lead generation, nurture prospects and build brand recognition
- Create and maintain customer email lists in Salesforce and Pardot
- Build landing pages, dynamic content, infographics, and other collateral related to email marketing and WebCP platform
- Report email campaign performance and trends to sales and marketing teams
- Ensure all content on the corporate website related to doors is relevant, up-to date, presented effectively, and optimized for lead conversion
- Assist in the execution of tradeshows and events
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years in product marketing role, preferably with exterior door experience
- 2+ years’ experience with marketing automation and CRM, graphic design, and content development
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience required
- WordPress, HTML, CSS, E-commerce platform experience preferred
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and be highly collaborative with other teams
- Exceptional organizational, planning and project management skills
- Strong technical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements/Environment:
- Office environment, extensive computer work, sitting for long periods of time
- Ability to travel, if required (Less than 10%)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., set up portable display items for shows and events
