The Office of Strategic Diversity Planning and Research (OSDPR) within the Division of Diversity,
Equity and Educational Achievement (DDEEA/Division) is seeking an Institutional Policy Analyst to
join its energetic and growing team. The analyst will primarily focus on evaluating undergraduate
student scholarship and support programs housed within DDEEA as well as some institution-wide
diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Working with others in OSDPR and Program Directors in DDEEA, the analyst will design and implement a division-wide program assessment and review plan. This will include determining key performance indicators for each unit, original data collection, and collating available institutional data in order to produce regular quantitative and qualitative reports and reviews of student scholarship and support programs. The analyst will also develop new procedures and policies for collecting information about student program participation, including surveys, attendance tracking, and staff feedback.
The analyst will work closely with analysts in OSDPR and will join the team in collaborating with
analysts from across campus to further the mission of OSDPR/DDEEA, including Academic Planning and Institutional Research (APIR), the Office of Undergraduate Advising (OUA), the College of Letters and Science (L&S), the Center for Leadership and Involvement (CfLI), among others.
The incumbent will report to the Director of OSDPR. Successful candidates are highly motivated,

and curious, communicate clearly, and exercise good judgement and discretion.
