Job Overview
Nebraska SMART (Success Made Accessible through Rural Tutoring) employs teacher education candidates from Chadron, Peru, and Wayne State Colleges to provide online tutoring to K-12 students in rural Nebraska. K-12 students provide homework to Tutors with specific topics in which they need help. This opportunity allows teacher education candidates to put into practice what they have learned in their teacher education preparation courses through one-on-one tutoring under the supervision of the College’s Nebraska SMART Coordinator.
Job Description
Before you graduate, would you enjoy working with K-12 students and applying what you’ve learned in your teacher education courses?
