Digital Marketing Coordinator Intern

Job Duties
· Support the marketing team with daily requests from franchisees
· Work with graphic design on creation of print ads, collateral and digital media
· Update and organize marketing folders on corporate intranet and shared drive
· Assist in the creation of email campaigns (for internal and external audiences), press releases, blogs, and social media content
· Opportunity to participate in execution of marketing plans for new business or service lines and franchise development
· Coordinate website updates for franchisees using content management system
· Assist with capturing and analyzing digital and traditional marketing metrics
· Seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content
· Collaborate on execution of corporate marketing initiatives
· Provide administrative support and data entry-related tasks for marketing team as required
Qualifications and Skills
· Currently enrolled undergraduate student studying business, marketing or communications
· Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
· Ability to multi-task and take initiative
· Willingness to take direction and absorb information quickly
· Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
· Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various marketing initiatives
· Strong work ethic
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
